[Precautions for the Acute Phase]

⚠️ Common characteristics of the acute phase:

During the acute phase, BodyAll doctors advise: "Please come back tomorrow" or "Contact us immediately if pain spikes." Follow these guidelines until the phase passes.

1. Acute Lower Back Pain Care

Caused by disc damage. Muscles are tense to protect the spine. Avoid forced extension or lying down in ways that increase pain.

Step A. Lie flat on your stomach, forehead on hands, and breathe comfortably. Relax your back.
Step B. After 5-10 mins with no pain, gently lift your head and prop up on elbows if comfortable.
Step C. If no discomfort, rest with a cushion under your chest. ※ If pain occurs, return to the previous step.

2. Acute Neck & Shoulder Care

Excessive backward tilting can irritate nerves. Perform BodyAll Stretching gently, but never "snap" or force your neck backward.
